Clinic Insights Dashboard
What are the Insights Dashboards?
The Insights Dashboards are a series of charts and metrics that transform your data from across the Fresh Ecosystem into unique insights so that you can identify growth opportunities for your business.
There are two Insights Dashboards - the Clinic Insights Dashboard and the Nurse Insights Dashboard:
Clinic Insights Dashboard
The Clinic Insights Dashboard is the primary insights dashboard, available to all Org Owner users. It provides insights into your patients, product purchasing trends and product usage.
Nurse Insights Dashboard
The Nurse Insights Dashboard is a scaled-back version of the clinic dashboard, it excludes all of the financial metrics and charts and is presented in a single-page layout, as opposed to three tabs on the clinic dashboard.
How can the Insights Dashboards help me?
Insights into Your Product Usage
Track your product purchases and spend breakdown, as well as a breakdown of product dosage trends for each product you stock, and how these doses compare to high-volume clinics.
Insights into Your Patients
Access insights about your patients, from the split of new vs returning customers to detailed patient demographics, time between appointments and treatment trends by demographic.
Benchmark your clinic against High Volume Clinics
Compare your clinic against high-volume clinics across metrics like average appointments per day, product dosage trends and treatment trends across demographics
View Insights at a Clinic level or Individual Nurse level
The Clinic Insights Dashboard provides insights across all of your staff at your clinic, however, can be filtered to display results for a single nurse at a time.
Monitor Overall Market Trends
We provide a snapshot of overall appointment volumes and the volume for tox and filler across the Fresh Network. This helps to contextualise trends you may be seeing within your clinic.
How can I access the Insights Dashboard?
The Insights Dashboards are now your new Home Page of the Fresh Workspace. You can still access the Notice Board via the side navigation menu.

Will all of my staff have access to the Insights Dashboard?
If you are an Organisation Owner your home page will be the Clinic Insights Dashboard. Organisation owner is a user level in the Fresh Workspace that has the highest level of permissions. This was established when you first set up your Fresh Account.
Your staff's home pages will be defaulted to the Nurse Insights Dashboard.
Can I provide access to the Clinic Dashboard to my staff?
Yes, providing access to the Clinic Insights Dashboard can be managed by staff user permissions, via the Settings section of the Fresh Workspace.
To enable access for an individual staff member navigate to:
Settings > Staff > Select a Staff Member > On the Permissions tab enable 'Insights' and save.

The staff member will now be able to access the Clinic Insights dashboard via an option on the side navigation menu, 'Insights'. Their home page will remain as the Nurse Insights Dashboard.
How to filter the Clinic Insights Dashboard to show results for a particular nurse
On the top right side of the Clinic Insights dashboard is a dropdown menu to filter the data for a singular nurse.
By default, the dashboard will display data for all nurses at that clinic. Most of the dashboard will be filtered to a particular nurse when a filter is applied, however, the financial data such as Total Spend and Product Mix Based on Spend are not attributable to a single nurse.

How to filter the Insights Dashboards on a specific time range
You can select a time range on the dashboards by using the dropdown menu at the top. They can choose from preset options like last month, last 6 months, or set a custom range. By default, the Insights Dashboards show data over a 12-month period.
We recommend avoiding filtering the dashboards before 2023 due to the unavailability of Drugbook data prior to this.

What are High Volume Clinics and Nurses?
Several charts and tables on the dashboards include comparisons to High Volume Clinics and Nurses. This is a subset of clinics and nurses in the Fresh Network who complete a high volume of appointments.

Can I view data for all of my clinics simultaneously if I have multiple clinics?
The initial version of the Clinic Insights Dashboard only supports viewing data for a single clinic at a time.
A future version of the dashboard will support viewing all of your clinic data at once or viewing data for some but not all clinics simultaneously.
